Akredex Privacy

1. Scope

This policy applies to Akredex, a software product provided by Mihvexa. It does not cover third-party services that you choose to use separately.

2. Information processed

Depending on the features you use, Akredex may process:

• Basic Google account information shown during authentication.
• Files that you select, open or create through the application.
• Course, assessment and outcome data that you enter into the application.
• Technical error information needed to diagnose a reported problem.

3. Why the information is used

Information is used only to provide the requested application functions, generate user-requested files, maintain security, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests.

4. Google user data

The current version of Akredex is designed to process data within Google Apps Script and the user's Google Workspace environment. It does not intentionally copy Google user data to an external Mihvexa database.

Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving user-facing application features and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing and selling

Mihvexa does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed only when required by law, necessary to protect users or needed to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

6. Storage and retention

Files created by Akredex are normally stored in the user's own Google account. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain basic service records.

7. User control

You may remove Akredex access from your Google Account permissions page. You may also delete files created by the application directly from your Google Drive.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Akredex is intended for higher education and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page before they take effect.
