Describe the issue, the application name and the step where the problem occurred.

Before contacting support

  • Refresh the application and try the action once more.
  • Check that the required Google permissions were granted.
  • Include the browser name and an error screenshot when possible.
  • Do not send student records, passwords or confidential files by email.

Privacy and deletion requests

For privacy questions, access revocation or data deletion requests, use the same support address and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
