1. Acceptance

By using a Mihvexa product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Intended use

Mihvexa products are provided as productivity tools. Users remain responsible for reviewing calculations, reports, academic decisions, legal obligations and institutional compliance requirements.

3. Accounts and permissions

You are responsible for protecting your account and for granting only the permissions you understand and accept. You may revoke Google account access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Mihvexa products to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls or process information you are not authorized to use.

5. Availability

Products may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

6. No official affiliation

Mihvexa and Akredex are independent. They are not official products of Google, MÜDEK, any accreditation body or any university.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Users should independently verify important outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mihvexa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the products.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published.
